Bio:

President Region Italy and Global Chief Customer Officer since 2014. He has been with Barilla for over 30 years, growing in Customer Management in Italy and has led the integration of various commercial organisations acquired by the group over the years (Voiello, Pavesi and Wasa). He has headed the Customer Business Development and Shopper Marketing units in Italy, Western Europe, Central Europe, Eastern Europe and Nordics.

He designed and implemented the Barilla Sales Academy and the innovative Customer Collaboration Centers in Parma, Chicago and Sao Paulo. As of September 2023 he has also assumed the responsibility for the UK and Export business.

He is one of the Executive sponsors supporting Barilla's ERGs working on D&I and Gender Balance issues.

Among other positions, he is Chairman of First Retailing Spa, Vice Chairman of Centromarca, Chairman of the Steering Committee for Commercial Policies of Centromarca, former Vice Chairman of GSl Italia, Member of the IBC President's Committee and is on the Board of Directors of UPA, Audicom and AIM.
