Param as he is fondly called is co-founder of ‘3 Big Things’, a behaviour design studio. One of the early pioneers and leaders of Design Thinking and Behavioural Design in India, Param has been responsible in leading and setting up customer-centric innovation lab efforts over the last 15 years in various organisations across industries including Healthcare, Tech / e-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Durables, etc.

Param has had over 27 years experience including leadership roles at IDEO, Tata Digital, Dr. Reddy’s and Fractal.ai. Some of the work led by Param for Dr. Reddy’s is now a featured case study in IDEO U’s course on Designing for Change . Param is an alum of Harvard Business School, from the exec-ed program 'Senior Executive Leadership Program’.
