Silvia Bagliani

Silvia Bagliani is the VP & Managing Director of Mondelez Italia.

She joined the company in 1997 and worked across national and international assignments in Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales. In 2011 she was appointed as General Manager of Fattorie Osella, a fresh chees company participated b Mondelez Italia, and in 2015 she was promoted to General Manager of Mondelez Italy and Greece for the snack division.

As of May 2020, she is VP and Managing Director of Mondelez Italia for both divisions (Snacks and Meals). She Is married to Stefano and has two sons.
